Can I really get my hall online in 5 minutes?+
Yes. We've designed onboarding so a non-technical owner can WhatsApp us photos and a few details, and we'll have your branded site live the same hour. Customisations like custom domain and logo upload happen later in the admin panel.
Do I need a Facebook page or technical knowledge?+
No. We handle all the WhatsApp infrastructure for you. Lead and booking alerts go out from our managed WhatsApp number on every plan — zero setup, zero Meta paperwork on your side.
What about my existing website?+
Keep it. BanquetDesk runs alongside it. Or, point your existing domain to us and we replace it entirely — your call.
Will customers see WhatsApp messages from BanquetDesk or from my hall?+
From your hall. Every WhatsApp message goes out under your hall's display name on our managed business number. BanquetDesk is invisible to your customers.
What if I start on a lower plan and upgrade later?+
You only pay the difference on the setup fee. Growth → Growth+ is a one-time ₹5,000 setup top-up (₹9,999 minus the ₹4,999 you already paid), plus the new monthly rate (₹2,499) from the upgrade date. Starter → Growth is ₹3,000 (₹4,999 minus ₹1,999), and Starter → Growth+ is ₹8,000. We never charge twice for setup work already delivered. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Are WhatsApp message charges included in the price?+
Yes. WhatsApp lead and booking alerts are included in your monthly plan on every tier. Marketing broadcasts on Growth+ are also included up to fair-use limits — no per-message markup, no Meta billing on your side.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No long contracts. Cancel from your admin panel or WhatsApp us. We'll export your lead history before closing the account. Setup fees are non-refundable once the work is delivered.
What happens to my old leads?+
Send us a CSV during onboarding and we'll import them. They'll show up in your inbox and pipeline on day one.
